Voting Facts

  • In Washington, a school LEVY measure must be approved by 50 percent of the vote,.

  • All voting in Washington is done by mail.

  • Ballots are mailed about three weeks prior to an election day.

  • The upcoming election requires ballots to be returned by April 22, 2025.

Remember to Vote

Tuesday, April 22, 2025, is Election Day. We encourage all registered voters to remember to vote. If you vote by mail, ballots must be postmarked no later than April 22. If you do not vote by mail, you can turn in your ballot on or before April 22, at the ballot drop box outside the Waitsburg City Hall.
