The Walla Walla County Health Department is hosting a vaccination clinic to provide FREE COVID-19 vaccines to any interested Waitsburg School District students ages 12 and older
as well as any Waitsburg community member wishing to receive it. The vaccine clinic will take place on Wednesday, May 19 from 2:00-4:00 PM in the Waitsburg High School gymnasium.
The COVID-19 vaccine is optional and is not required for students. Those interested in receiving the vaccine at the May 19th clinic should note the following:
- Walk-in’s are welcome. Students do not need to sign-up in order to receive the vaccine.
- Parent consent is required for students under age 18.
- A parent must accompany their student at the vaccination clinic.
- While at the clinic, students will be scheduled for their second dose in 2 weeks.
- Participants will be required to wait on-site least 15 to 30 minutes after the vaccination to monitor for any adverse reactions.
- WWHD will have medical providers and a pharmacist onsite to answer any questions.
- WWHD will be offering both the Pfizer and the Johnson & Johnson vaccines at the clinic.
This clinic is for Waitsburg School District students, ages 12 and older and to anyone from the community. Family members wanting to get vaccinated are more than welcome to attend the May 19th vaccination clinic.
